Ordered valentine's day designer's choice premium order. The roses did not look fresh despite paying for premium. The edges were brown which is disappointing. Overall, great delivery and thx for the sending delivery picture. Don't think I will order from them again next year as it is not worth the price.

Loved the easy fillable form. The price I paid vs what I got was a bit uneven. 100 dollars with delivery and it was a tiny bouquet with only 3 roses in it. Doesn’t seem worth it for what you pay to be honest. Everyone was nice and the experience was great though. Wouldn’t do it again for the overpriced bouquet.

The website provided a space where I could provide special instructions. I requested that the delivery person be loud or respectfully conspicuous when delivering the flowers. When she arrived to my wife's workplace, the delivery person raised her voice to a moderate volume and said, "I'm looking for Annie". It worked perfect in getting my wife to come out of her work station to receive the flowers while several of her coworkers looked on.

Due to a broken keypad in a gated community, the arrangement was not able to be delivered on the day expected. Very quickly, I received an email letting me know and I was able to get the gate code and email the information back to Sweet William. The arrangement was delivered the next day and I was told how beautiful it was.

Honestly, I'm a little underwhelmed. I chose the Spring Designer's choice option and hoped there would be a blast of color or similar coloring to the Spring bouquet option but the delivery looked to have only included purple and yellow flowers. The lilies were not open so the only pop of color were a few tiny pink flowers but they were wilting and sad right in the middle :(
My sister was very happy with the surprise delivery, and though I expected a bit more vibrant spray of colors I very much appreciate the same day delivery.

What Kara got doesn't look like this picture! The flowers are sparse and the greenery is the predominant element in the vase! Even the bow looks SAD!!! It's possible the photo she sent me is of the back of the arrangement rather than the front? However she recommended you to me and said her arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! The joy and excitement each floral arrangement brings to her are honestly astounding. She sends me photos, and videos of the arrangements, and they are breathtaking. Most recently, I sent the Christmas Theme, Designer's Choice (I always use Designer's Choice - as they are the artists and use what is fresh and in season), and I have to say how impressive the arrangement was!! My sis loves good smells too - so I always add a note to the designer - make them smell amazing - and they do just that! The beautiful scents last for weeks! I highly recommend Sweet William to anyone in the SLC/Jordan area who needs to deliver something big, bold, and beautiful! I am sure their smaller arrangements are beautiful, too, though! I ordered a bouquet of flowers and after it was placed the manager called to ask me if I would consider using a different vase. They were out of the one pictured. He apologized about not having the vase but gave me several great alternatives. He also added a few extra flowers to my order. Who does that!

I have used you guys before for the birth of our granddaughter and it was great. This time, however, the roses I ordered my wife looked a bit aged when we got them delivered and we are about 24 hours in and they don't look like they will last for more than a couple of days.
UPDATE: Sarah called me and apologized and said they wanted to send a fresh batch of roses with an upgrade. They promptly delivered replacement flowers. I think that is first-class customer service which is rare these days. Thank you very much!!

I ordered this bouquet for my mother's birthday and was very dissappointed -- especially since I paid and upcharge for a "deluxe" bouquet. Bouquet was very different from picture. It did not contain any white roses or gladiolas and did not conform to the shape pictured. It was not an elegant design, just a big ball of mostly mums with some red roses.
I’d like to update my review —after my original submission, the owner of the store reached out directly to me and worked with me to make things right! They sent a new/replacement bouquet to my mother for Mother’s Day and it was beautiful. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but I respect a company that turns a negative into a positive! I would definitely go back to Sweet William for future floral needs.

I think price could have been cheaper for something the size that was sent versus what was pictured. The flowers were great. I received a picture from the person we sent flowers and noticed the note that was handwritten with our message. It looked really sloppy. Mistakes were made when writing the note and the person tried to correct it by writing over the existing words. This appeared a couple of times on the note. I would have hoped that the person would just start all over again with a new note instead of sending it that way. Little embarrassing to send. I would suggest printing nice notes instead of writing them.

Amazing as always. Sweet William Floral always goes above and beyond. My Grandma who turned 91, loved he arrangement and said it was one of the most stunning she had ever received. Truth is she told me that the last time and the time before when I have sent her arrangements. My wife’s grandpa had passed away and I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to her. It was great that delivery that day was available. I was very dissatisfied with my purchase I got the premium candy box only because it said It would come with flowers and candy, which it did not... they threw a bunch of candy bars in a basket for 40$, ridiculous, i could have gone to the dollar store spent 15$ and did the same!
Also it was sad because I live in canada and wanted to send my girlfriend in Utah something nice for her birthday which I was not able to see a picture of on the website and she really wanted flowers. I thought how cute flowers and chocolate, but actually no flowers! I am very unhappy and not pleased with the advertisement on the website especially for people who live outside of the country and cannot physically be there!

I had the chance to see the arrangement that was delivered, and it id not look anything like the picture aside from the box. No overflowing greenery or large blooms. All blooms were very small and looked like carnations. I was recently sent an arrangement from Sweet Williams, and I saw it online and it looked very similar to the pictures. This is largely why I decided to go with this company. After seeing the one that was sent, I was kind of embarrassed. Will likely use another company in the future.

First time ever using this place and will be the last. Ordered the Modern Box of Roses to have delivered for a friend. In the advertisement, the roses are beautiful, fresh and tall. The ribbon on the box is long and tied nicely. The actual delivered piece is far from it! The roses were almost dead looking, crowded in the box and barely stuck out over the top of the box. The "ribbon" was literally tied straight around the box with no design. It was awful, I was so embarrassed to even have sent the delivery. Will never use this place again! You do not get what you paid for and what is advertised. Do not waste your money here.

I paid for a deluxe upgrade but it looked exactly like the standard version. Paying for the upgrade was a total rip off. Everything else was great including the look of the flowers and the delivery service. The card was hand written instead of computer generated. Just something to keep in mind.
They spelled my wife's name wrong. Tough to do given that I spelled it correctly in the order. It is an easy name to spell.

Yes, we do hand written cards, and we do that for a reason...in a digital world, I feel it's nice to have a hand written note. Not satisfied with this. The arrangement wasn’t very similar to the picture shown. Not one of the Lillie’s has actually bloomed. Half the flowers were already shriveling or dying and the other half hadn’t bloomed yet. Will not be using this service again. Not worth the price asked for.
