I order a lot of flowers, but it was first time with this florist. I bought a pretty expensive arrangement and clicked on the double upgrade option. Spent $252++ on Valentine's flowers. They showed up as a very average arrangement. Not terrible but not what I expected based on the website photos and the price.

Been sending and receiving flowers from Pauls of many years and Dean (the owner) has always created amazing arrangements that never disappoint. The arrangements always are bursting with fresh flowers and reasonably priced for what you get. Everyone who sees the arrangements comments on how amazing they look. The customer service is definitely top-shelf as well. I've had to call them last-minute at times and they've always been happy to accommodate my needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Don't go to a florist who is overpriced and arrangements are ordinary when you can use Paul's Flowers and really make a statement!

Which is wonderful, a lot of florist will not be as efficient and will take several hours to deliver.
