I live in another state and wanted to send my sister some flowers as she had just lost her best friend. I found this florist online and it had good reviews, so I crossed my fingers and ordered. The arrangement delivered on time and exactly as requested. My sister said it was the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever received in her life. It was just perfect. So happy with my experience!

I love the different options for arrangements then the same old flowers you see everywhere. Ordering was easy and same day as well. The arrangement looked more beautiful than the picture online, I will definitely be using them again!

I ordered two different arrangements, one for me and one to take to a luncheon the following day. They were both spectacular. The colors in the magnificent "Jewels" were soaking with intense color. When I presented it to the host(ess) of the luncheon, it was an immediate jaw dropper.

My only complaint is that they delivered one of the arrangements to the wrong door. It turned out just fine, but under different circumstances that could have caused a problem.

Even with that glitch, the arrangement was a 10 out of 5, hence the 5 star rating.

I always use PV Florist, simply because they are the best at what they do.

I ordered a custom bouquet online and put my price range as $125.00. I requested the colors and a few of the flowers that I wanted. The bouquet was exactly what I pictured. Beautiful job. I thought it was a bit expensive and for $125, it would be larger, but maybe that’s the price of flowers. I would give a five rating except for the price.

The succulents delivered don't match the advertisement. I anticipated a product that looked more like the images shown online. I wish there was a way to share a photo to highlight the difference. Receiving this was unexpected, and I would appreciate a partial refund.

Thank you for this beautiful bouquet that I ordered on line from the lovely Bloomnation.com website that not only allows one to choose from so many pretty flower designs but that also allows one to attach a note for the recipient. Kudos to the designer at Palos Verdes Florist for the creation of this exquisite arrangement. After I placed the order on line I received immediately an email with the confirmation of my order and a photo of the bouquet. I was able to contact directly the store and request a small change in the style of the original design and they were more than happy to accommodate me. I was so pleased that I was kept informed by Palos Verdes Florist by email of the entire process from the day of placing the order to the actual day and time of the delivery of the flowers even with the name of the person who accepted the order. The Sorbet arrangement was gorgeous, and the recipient loved it! The only downside was that it wasn’t delivered earlier. We understand there’s no guarantee on delivery time, but was hoping it would’ve been closer to noon as we requested. It arrived at 4pm. But no worries. The recipient loved it and that’s what counts. I ordered the flowers for delivery on 11/17/2022. The next day 11/18/2022. I called to change the delivery date because the recipient was going on vacation and would not be home to received her Birthday Bouquet. The girl that answered the phone took the new delivery date information and said this change would not be a problem. While I am sure the flowers were beautiful. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered yesterday (the original delivery date) :( Now they will be sitting for one week before the recipient returns home. Not happy to have spent $140.00 for this. I have used this florist previously and the flowers are the BEST around. But I will not be using them again.

Honestly, I was a disappointed. I spent more to enlarge the bouquet and the amount of florals, and compared to the photo of the "standard" arrangement, this bouquet seems very skimpy. It does not appear as lush as I would have hoped.
It is very pretty and alike to the arrangement I ordered, but not full enough.
After ordering from this florist and endorsing them for the past four years, I may re think my choice in the future for my family and friends in the PV area. I do appreciate having this order filled and delivered, but I should not have spent extra hoping to get more flowers.

I'm so sorry you were disappointed with the size of the arrangement. I did look at the picture that was sent to you and it was an upgraded arrangement - it was in a larger vase and by counting the flowers I can tell that it did have the extra added flowers to the arrangement for the upgrade. Sometimes pictures don't get the full effect because it is just the one side of the arrangement. But we ultimately want you to be happy so I will give you a call a little later to speak in person.

A very beautiful arrangement was delivered as promised. The only glitch was that my mom didn't find it until the next day, which was actually Mother's Day so it was perfect in a way, because she didn't know it was there until I asked her about it. It would be good if the delivery person would ring the door bell several times before assuming no one is home since my parents have a hard time hearing the bell. :)

I live in Gig Harbor, Washington. I tried to send flowers to my mother in Palos Verdes through my normal florist here. But, the cost was way too high via all the additional charges. So, I went online to see what florists were available in Palos Verdes. I selected Palos Verdes Florist because they had their own website and seemed to be a good option. I ordered a "Perfectly Pink Peonies" arrangement (my mother's favorite flowers). Not only were they hand delivered to my mother on time, but, the florist took a picture of the arrangement and sent it to me. I have never had such great service as I received from this florist. I so appreciate their caring level of service that made me feel as if I went to their shop, selected the arrangement myself, and delivered it to my mom. Will I use them again, YES...

The Flowers that PV florist arranged were absolutely stunning! I order flowers from many different florist around the south bay area so I can clearly say with no hesitation and exaggeration that PV florists are THE BEST FLORISTS in the South Bay. I put in my order for two big arrangements at almost 12 midnight and the flowers were in my wife’s arms by 9 o’clock the next morning!
