They were extremely helpful, I ordered some roses for someone in El Paso from Florida, and they were very helpful in making this happen for me. The flowers were absolutely amazing, she loved them!! I did a custom arrangement and they made the order up exactly how I wanted it, I couldn’t have explained what I wanted, but they figured it out and put together a beautiful arrangement. I couldn’t have asked for better flowers or service! I will definitely use them again, probably soon! Thank you so much!!

Bad customer service I was promised if I cashed app the owner $25 more she would get my flowers to my girlfriend by 5 pm she did not get them delivered till 5:57 pm which was 1 hour late. She is so rude never ordering from there agian!!!!!

i dont have words to express the kindness and empathy that i receive from the person that handle my order. my husband of 49 years and best friend pass away and the funeral drop the ball and didnt order his flower for his casket topper and they can thru for me the made me a topper so beautiful in abt in hour and delivered it his services were at 5 on a Saturday so I highly recommend them and the young lady that works there was. what was a nightmare saying goodbye to my husband was saved by you guys thanks you from the bottom of our hearts

It was great. I requested for the flowers to be delivered at a specific time as it is a surprise for my wife. Vanessa (owner, who happens to have the same name as my wife) personally delivered the flowers on time. Unfortunately, we were out at the time and she said she’d wait for us, which I think was pretty freaking awesome. 5/5 would recommend.

Very disappointed in presentation. Very misleading product information. I have the option to write a 250 character message to go along with my flower's only to be written on a 2" by 4" card. I wrote all 250 characters. My fiancé got a hand written, illegible, note that was so bad she could not read the entire message and have it make any sense. Thanks for your lazy service.

We purchased this beautiful picture apparently because once the arrangement arrived it was a plant that was purchased from the Albertsons across the street for a third of the price we paid maybe less for them. We read there policy thoroughly and contacted there BloomNation corporate and was told they did not follow the policy on the substitution properly. What made it worse was the call towards the not just a flower shop went horrible I asked if I could at least get the difference not a full refund because I understand things happen and was yelled at immediate by the son and the mom. They said they are filing a police report on us because we were going to file a dispute. We got advice and did more investigating before we filed a dispute and just take it further than it needed and even tried calling the flower shop again but they no longer would take our phone calls to work out a solution. If we could post photos I would show you. But I can’t I apologize if you had a great experience with them this was just my encounter. Thank you

I placed an order for Mother’s Day, I did receive it a day late due to the weather and such high demand. Upon receiving I received the wrong bouquet however the owner was so understanding and helpful and was able to make me a completely new bouquet and got it delivered to me with keeping the wrong one as well. Her gesture to fix it for me with no hesitation showed me how much she valued her customers.

Seee I ordered the sunset sky arrangement of flowers and received something completely different nothing like the picture not one of the flowers in the picture was used instead I got a very last minute arrangement. Very very disappointed.

The bouquet I ordered to be delivered on Mother's Day was not even delivered until the next day. I ordered the Sunset Sky bouquet and the one that my mom received wasn't even close to the one I ordered. The one she received only had purple flowers. The flowers were already dying and the bouquet was much smaller than what I paid for. I'm extremely disappointed and sad that my mom received a subpar flower arrangement the day after Mother's Day.

I was extremely disappointed in the delivered product. The flowers did not have a professional level arrangement I have come to expect with my previous
experiences ordering from you. The arrangement was lopsided and looked like you didn’t have enough flowers to complete the arrangement so instead a big lettuce looking plant was placed to fill the void.

The flowers that were delivered were not comparable to the pictured arrangement. Mostly daisies and lower end flowers, some wilting, all bunched in a vase. Not at all what I expected.

I ordered flowers for a funeral for a family member and the flowers did not arrive until a half hour after services had already started. I was very disappointed. I had my son call to see what is happening, I'm not sure if they would have showed up if he didn't call. The arrangement did come out nice.

The place where I wanted the flowers to be delivered was less than 15 miles from the location of the flower shop, they were ordered in the morning, and they arrived when my girlfriend had already left and office was about to close, they did delivered flowers to my girlfriend house, but that was also late at night, I was greatly disappointed with this flower shop, will not get flowers from them again.
