This place is amazing the care and concern given to me during a difficult time was needed and appreciated. After doing all of that they then went above and beyond to deliver to me on the day I needed the arrangements even though they were closed for another event. I’m truly grateful thank you Blooming Business!!!

The delivery and ease of ordering was great. I upgraded to the deluxe bouquet, and when I saw a photo of the delivered flowers it had fewer blossoms than the base level bouquet pictured on the website. That was quite disappointing.

I do have to respectfully disagree. The arrangement that went out was a deluxe size and did have additional stems of flowers it also included yellow daffodils, which is not included in the standard. If you are basing solely on a random text photo 9 of 10 times a photo will not do it justice, especially if your not taking the picture from the correct angle. We pride ourselves on our work, ethics and our strong online reputation.

The Sweet Smile Arrangement that went out was a Deluxe Size.

Absolutely love this mom and pop flower delivery shop! One of my dear friends bought me a bouquet as a “get well soon” and I remember being so impressed with the quality of the flowers and the beauty of the arrangement. They look even better in real life than they do on the website, which you’d think wouldn’t be possible based on how beautiful the pictures are! I recommend this service throughout LA county. Love using them for all of my flower needs, and their delivery is spot-on.

It was easy to order online and getting a confirmation upon delivery was excellent. The bouquet was gorgeous.

Ordering online was very easy and straightforward. All the costs were upfront and there were no hidden charges. The arrangement arrived on the specified day and I received an email when it was delivered. The arrangement was beautiful, had mostly the same flowers, and matched the color scheme
and overall vibe of what was pictured online. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star rating is because I paid the upcharge for the deluxe, but the size and fullness of what was delivered was pretty much what was pictured on their site (where it says the image depicts the standard size arrangement). I was expecting more flowers than what was delivered. Overall, though, it was a positive experience and my friend is happy with her arrangement.

One day ago, I had ordered an arrangement from this flower shop as a birthday gift to someone very special to me. I had ordered it online and paid for it online with a same day pickup. Shortly after placing the order online, I received a call saying that they had a big event that day and wanted to know if I was available to pick it up before 3:00pm. I told them I was unable to do that, so they offered to deliver it to my house which was a few blocks away. When I arrived home, the order had not been delivered. It was already 4:00 pm when I got home and called the shop, but there was no answer. I then sent an email which I then got an apology
and a refund.

First, I did appreciate the fact that the flower shop offered to deliver the arrangement when I was unable to pick it up. Then I appreciated the quick reply to my email and the refund. When I called the shop the next day to give feedback, Art was very kind and very apologetic. I felt that the shop had good intentions and I do understand that mistakes happen. I was however super disappointed that I did not have a gift to give the special birthday girl. By the time I had figured out that the arrangement was not coming, it was already too late to order something else from somewhere else.

I do however believe in supporting our small community businesses. As unfortunate as it was for me to not have received my order, I feel the shop had good customer service and prompt communication. I have ordered from this shop in the past on multiple occasions and the quality and customer service has always been really great. I hope what happened to me this last time does not happen to someone else. Although this incident occurred, I will continue to order from them.

This was my first time ordering fro My Blooming Business as I live out of state. We ordered flowers for our dad's wife who is retiring and had a retirement party yesterday and I was googling the nearest flower shops to her job. My Blooming Business caught my eye because the designs I saw on their website has a very similar feel to the flower shop I work for here is Scottsdale, AZ! I ordered the Sweet Thoughts Bouquet that I thought looked very colorful, beautiful and vibrant and boy does it look that way in person, too!!! My dad's wife sent us a photo of the arrangement and I am very very impressed and pleased with the quality compared to the value and will certainly order from them again!

This arrangement exceeded my exceptions. So colorful and happy and using so many unusual flowers. It is breathtaking!

The arrangement is pretty but tiny. Could be helpful to list it as a mini arrangement as it looks so much bigger in the photos so was disappointing. Also, I ordered it 3 days in advanced for a birthday so was bummed to hear it arrived at 8pm on the actual day & have never had such a late flower delivery before. The flowers do look fresh though

My purchase was a gift for a friend. She was very pleased with the quality of the succulents.

This order is for my daughter’s birthday for delivery on Friday March 3; but the day has come and gone and I have not been able to ascertain delivery. On your website the order is still shown as “in progress”. I have sent you 2 messages requesting an update but have not yet received any response!

I reside outside of the US and have been using your floral delivery service for years. This is the first bad experience I’ve had and very disappointing indeed.

Sent this to my daughter for V-day. Sh LOVES sunflowers and yellow roses are her fave. Actual bouquet arrived exactly as pictured. She LOVED it!

This time I was disappointed with my arrangement. A lot of baby pink and lighter roses/flowers were used so it lacked the contrast that appealed to me in this design. Also it looked sloppy/rushed for your work and is different than this photo. This was an early Valentine's Day present and though you used some beautiful flowers, the execution was not was not as in your prior arrangements I received. Yes I do understand arrangements depend on what you have in stock.

The flowers that were delivered (a day late) were not fresh and looked withered. We were very understanding of the fact that since the florist caught COVID, the flowers had to be delivered the next day. However, we were expecting the same level of freshness as in the picture but that was clearly not the case and was very underwhelming.

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received. While the color scheme was similar to the website arrangement I chose and it was pretty, it was significantly smaller than the online depiction and in a wooden box rather than a nice vase.

Dear My Blooming Business Team!

Recently I ordered a flower bouquet to be delivered on 31st of October.
I would like to complain about the condition of the bouquet: the box was not covered in little gold like on the pocture, it was in a simple wooden flowerpot.
Some flowers were missing which were also in the picture and the bouquet was very small.
I have ordered from you many times, this is the 4th year and everytime it was amazing quality, but now it looked really poor.

The biggest issue is that I also wrote a card with it, and when the receiver received the flowers there were inly question marks in the card.

At the end the website showes the final version and asks whether it is good, and it was dueing the order, but the reality is different.

I would lik to ask for a refund or some other solution, otherwise I will need to write a bad review about the company.

Flowers and vase were beautiful and arrived on time. There was some mix-up with the message card but the delivery person returned promptly with the right one.

Minor feedback - I wish the cards used the same font that you preview on the website. The actual card had a much simpler font and combined with the use of title case for every word made it seem cheaper in quality compared to what was advertised online. Not a big deal, just figured I would share my thoughts. Thanks again!

While the flowers were beautiful, it was soooo small for a 160.00 arrangement. Also the flowers did not seem to have been delivered before services even started. I have a feeling your delivery person caught the van from the mortuary before the service ended so it could be placed graveside. So disappointed.

The flower arrangement was hand delivered @ 9:30 am on June 8, 2022, thirty minutes before the services started. The driver hand delivered it to the person in charge of receiving all flowers thru the back door where is customary for all flower deliveries. The arrangement was filled to the value and recipe of a deluxe arrangement. We only provide our customers with the freshest blooms, this is the reason why they are in a tighter form when you receive them, we do this so that your loved one can enjoy the flowers for days to come. Please rest assured that your order arrived on time and were the freshest. If you have any other concerns please do not hesitate to call us. We thank you once again for your order.

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered flowers and a gift for a special occasion, with guaranteed delivery.

When the day passed I received an email from the company confirming the delivery and asking for my review of the service. When I checked the delivery, it hadn’t been made, no attempt even (due to not having a US contact number on the order - which is apparently needed “in case” they need to contact the recipient). It was a surprise, hence why I left an alternative number (UK based) which was contactable, but no attempt was made to notify me.

After a few emails back and forth trying to get them to deliver, they eventually attempted the delivery and there were no problems with the drop off, so why it was a late is beyond me. No apology, nothing.

I find it baffling that the company didn’t even attempt the delivery on the day it was booked. Afterwards I received another email confirming the delivery on the day it was supposed to be delivered… surely someone is having me on here?!!

Well, I was not on the receiving end, but the sender, so I did not get to see the arrangement. But your communication about some changes and delivery were very punctual and appreciated. My sister enjoyed the flowers. I'll readily use My Blooming Business in the future, and tell my friends to do so also!

The flowers delivered looked almost identical to the picture, and I'm told they smelled great too. There was an issue with having the wrong address, but the flower shop went above and beyond to make sure they got to the right address, even though it was several hours after they closed. I would definitely order from them again.

Arrangement was beautiful but much smaller than anticipated and was made only to be seen from one side! The back was a bit empty so I had to go buy flowers to fill it up. That has never happened to me before. Arrangements should be made to be seen all the way around.

My only issue was that there was a small typo where there was a question mark at the end instead of a heart, which isn't worth removing the five star rating since we laughed about it anyway. The recipient of the sympathy arrangement I sent received it with NO card attached to it—She had no idea who it was from, and she even ran after the delivery person to try to find out who the arrangement was from, but they had already drove away.
The fact that the card was missing is disappointing because not only did she not know who it was from, but I also had spent time coming up with the perfect verbiage for the occasion, and had really wanted her to receive that message in the card.
Thankfully, I visited her later that day, and I was able to let her know that the arrangement was from me (Although I could not recreate the original card that I had drafted).
The arrangement was beautiful, and I was happy about that, with the exception that the 3 large white lilies in the center were wilted and slightly browned (not fresh).

The flowers were beautiful, delivered timely, and I loved seeing a picture of what was being delivered. I liked the live update of the delivery so I could track the process. (I am of mixed feeling on this technology however as the implications beyond watching a flower delivery are less joyful.) Yet all in all I was extremely satisfied with my order through Bloom Nation.

The flower arrangement was beautiful and the person I sent it to thought it was so pretty and dainty. It looks like the flowers will last a while too because they were fresh and there were plenty that still needed to bloom, but not so many that it only looked like buds and no flowers upon arriving. The delivery was same day and was delivered at a perfect time with no issues. Definitely would order more flowers from here again.

WOW. I just received my "designer's choice" order and the flowers are absolutely breathtaking. In my note I gave them no direction, I just wanted to see their style and I am truly blown away. The checkout process was quick & easy (I found them through BloomNation). It was free delivery to West Hollywood which is hard to find these days. The delivery person called me when he was at the gate and was very kind (also wore a mask, thank you for being safe!)

The flowers themselves are gorgeous and *incredibly* fragrant! These are the perfect flowers for a spring pick me up. I believe the flowers I received were spray roses, regular roses, garden roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas and snap peas as well as some gorgeous greenery filler (a wide variety that felt cohesive in design). I love that the vase is sturdy and they did a beautiful green wrap on the inside to hide the stems. I like to make my own bouquets from time to time and let me tell you - what I received was a professional bouquet with flowers I don't have access to!

I can't stop looking at them and I will be bringing them with me to every room I go (next time I might need to order multiple bouquets). Very misleading!!! the pictures of the items should state if its regular size, deluxe size ect.... its safe to assume when you view it and see size options that what you are looking at is the base size....regular size....normal size... and you go up from there. i was so disappointed in the size of my order considering i paid over $100 and to receive such a small order and i even selected the deluxe size. a total joke when i saw it. so not worth the money. you can get more if you go to vons and spend the same amount on flowers. i will make sure my next order does not come from this florist again. i was told for the price difference they only add just 1 of each flower.... come on how cheap can you be.... money wasted... completely disappointed.

The Winter Snow arrangement arrived even more beautiful than the picture.

The bouquet looks great and pretty. Very happy that it was delivered the right day...
Only issue I have is that the preview of the picture of the sending flowers did not match the real delivered flowers. So it was kind of deceiving, but it was pretty.
I chose the bouquet because of bright and dark pink colors, but the real one that was delivered was done with light baby pink...not bright at all...kind of too baby colors.

I dob’t know much about flowers, picked something from the web, and got an anxious call from the Flower Designer that she didn’t have the perfect flowers to deliver the color scheme I might hav been expecting. She didn’t want to just substitute without checking. And then she designed something beautiful, different and very gratifying. If I lived in LA (which I don’tP), this is the only florist I would use!

Gorgeous flowers, however in the second day one of the flowers was already wilted. For the price I thought the arrangement would be fuller.

I good friend of mine had a loss in the family. I didn’t want to bother her to confirm her home address so I could send flowers. I had her address (unbeknownst to me) before her last move still in my contacts.
I was called by the owner of the flower shop to let me know it was the wrong address. He was very understanding. He managed to contact the person I sent the flowers to on her phone, got the correct address, and sent his driver to the correct delivery spot. Grateful they didn’t just give up and take deliver back to the shop!

This place is amazing! They went above and beyond. I accidentally put the wrong address for the flowers to be delivered to my grandma and instead they got delivered to another house on my grandmothers street. My grandpa tried to go over to the house to get them but the people weren’t home. The Blooming Business called and told me they didn’t want my grandpa to have to worry about trying to get them and said they would send another flower arrangement to her at no charge. The on-line options were gorgeous and definitely more upscale than your typical on-line floral options with lots of different price points. The arrangements were beautiful and very close to the photos on-line. Communication about the delivery was an unexpected bonus! I received a text when the flowers were on their way plus a link to track the driver and another text when they were being delivered. I also received an email with delivery confirmation and who accepted delivery and then another email with a "BloomSnap" (a photo) of what the arrangements looked like. I ordered a deluxe arrangement from the UK for my son's engagement. Sadly My Blooming Business got my order mixed up with someone else's and sent them the standard arrangement. Even the standard arrangement appeared much smaller than the one pictured in the online information. When a picture of the arrangement was sent to me I replied saying that it was not up to my expectations and not to deliver. However the delivery of the smaller arrangement went ahead regardless.I did receive an email from the owner a few days later telling me of the mix up and refunding me the upgrade charge. This was not the solution I would have liked.. I would have like MBB to deliver the flowers ordered.

I was very disappointed in your service and flowers. The size and the number of the flowers was small and less than the display photo on the website even thought i paid for Deluxe version! Also, when I checked my order status yesterday morning, it was not up-to-date, it stated the order is in progess as at Aug 31, I was so scared that the florist company might miss my order, so I called them around 2pm and finally the flowers got delivered at 4pm. The flowers were for my friend's birthday, I didn't expect the flower was delivered so late. I will never order the flowers from your website or recommend to my friends or relatives.

The flowers and chocolates I ordered were most excellent, and exactly like in the pictures! I thought the price was steep. However, the service was exceptional, and the store staff went put of their way to make a smooth delivery.

Disappointed with the little white daisies in the arrangement. They were so sad looking and should have just been pulled out before delivery if they suffered along the ride there. I can assure you that the arrangement that was delivered to your friend was beautiful, even with the requested alterations. It did not look like the picture that is on our website because of the change that you requested, but it did look beautiful. The business was so polite and courteous. I wrote down my preferred time knowing quite well it could not be matched because the bloomnation site had already made me aware of that. But they were kind enough to call me and let me know through the phone. The flowers I ordered were to be sent to an address that another deliverer right before could not find. I called the business twice about this and they went out of their way to check and etc. I could not be more thankful! My friend who received the flowers said they were absolutely beautiful. Second time ordering from this business.

The flowers are incredibly fresh and well put together. So 5 stars on flowers.

However, given I paid around $30 (over $100 in total) to upgrade the bouquet to 'deluxe'I did not feel the the bouquet was any different to the standard priced one. The quantity of flowers were the same although it should be fuller.

My recipient enjoyed the flowers so I cannot say I'm fully dissatisfied. A little disappointed as I feel a little short changed after this order, Thank you anyway!

I was very pleased with the blooming biz experience. Especially taking the chance being in another state you never know what you’re risking.
