The centerpiece was a present for a dear friend. I have purchased Christmas flowers before from Bee Haven Florist so I know the excellent quality. The arrangement was beautiful. However I expected it to be larger considering I paid for the Premium bouquet. There was also supposed to be a Happy Birthday ballon included with the flowers which I paid for that was missing. I’ve ordered before here a few times and I was very pleased but this time I was disappointed. Especially considering it was after the Valentine’s Day rush.

The flowers are beautiful. My only complaint is, hat I got an e mail mid- morning of delivery day, telling me that some substitutions would have to be made. It was my wife's birthday, so obviously too late to make changes. Would appreciate an earlier notice. The delivery person said you had tried to call several times. Delivered as scheduled ahead of time. Great website and easy to place order. Would have given a rating of 5 if the flowers that were used to make the arrangement were the same as the photo sample. What my recipient received were dark pink, red, and purple - the sample photo has light pinks, peach, and white. What we received was not as soft and pretty due to the darker colors used. We expected our gift would look just like the sample picture. Disappointed.

This was my second bouquet of flowers from Miss Bee and I must say that the overall color and flower types are represented in the photo to the left but my actual arrangement was even BETTER with more flowers! You can trust this florist to use only the freshest flowers that go well together even if it is not exactly the same as a photo. Every arrangement is a work of art done with care. My yellow roses were perfect buds waiting to open and there was a mixture of full blooms and buds so that the arrangement will continue to look good over time. My first arrangement (on mother's day) lasted weeks and I expect the one I received for my Birthday will last as well. I say with confidence that you will love your flowers from Miss Bee. On delivery day I received a phone call that the flowers were left at the residence (no contact delivery) and knowing that they were home, I was able to text them that there was something on their porch. First time using this company Online service since I’m from VA and extremely disappointed! I ordered A poinsettia. I had to call at 5:54pm the day of delivery to see if flowers were delivered. Then I was told the poinsettia was left out side in the freezing cold. By the time my family got home the poinsettia did not look like the advertisement. The flowers fell off the plant. I was trying to surprise my mother with a nice poinsettia For her birthday to be extremely disappointed and for her to tell Me I wasted my money sending her the flowers. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered this spray for a girlfriend and her family after losing her father and all I had was their home address. I got a call the morning it was to be delivered and they offered to change it because it was being delivered to a home and they wanted the flowers to last longer so of course I was open to that! They delivered an incredibly beautiful and huge arrangement of the same flowers and etc but instead in a 2ft tall beautiful white ceramic vase. My purchased arrived when expected and I saw a picture and it looked nice. From picture I saw my one complaint was that it needed more greenery in it like Holly branches as shown in example - one sent didn't have any and also more pine branches in it would have pleased. The florist sent a pink accented (bow and basket) plant for the sympathy of a male instead of traditional white- wth? When they delivered it, they drove over the lawn of the recipient instead of up the driveway. I called several times to complain but they never answered the phone. and 12 hours later haven't answered my email. I wouldn't use them again.

I was very disappointed that instructions were not followed to WAIT at the door for the recipient to get the flowers. She is very frail and it was with great difficulty that she was able to get them in off the porch. Kelly really like these flowers but I was a little disappointed. Though you stated that the vase shown was not available I thought it would be something nicer/better than a clear, glass vase with no particular beauty. There was no ribbon or much of anything. Three pink roses which were beautiful a fern or two and the white(?) flower. Just thought it would present a little better than just a clear glass vase which looked like a tall water glass. Do appreciate that you could do them on short notice and that they were delivered on time and intact.
