The arrangement size looked like the photo except they had to replace one of the tropical plants for a succulent which, while it still looked aesthetically fine, combining tropical plants with desert plants may have not been the best ideas (one needs less water and bright light and the other more water and indirect sunlight)

You WERE my go-to for Orchids in LA as we send gifts at least monthly. The last order I placed at 11am on the 27th was responded to at 2pm on the 28th (and we had now MISSED the birthday gift opportunity) with a lame excuse that I ordered overnight/time change/etc etc. Completely inaccurate. Then, when I called to speak to someone, the gentleman who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. Immediately loud talking at me and asking if I wanted to send orchids that would be dead in 2 weeks. This did not explain WHY I wasn't notified on the delivery date requested NOR did he even care about trying to make it right. I cancelled my order, went to Anthony's and had a WONDERFUL experience, yet again. Goodbye to you and GOOD LUCK.

Ordered these to be delivered same day on a Monday morning. By Tuesday there was no sign of them so I called the shop who said they were out for delivery Tuesday afternoon. By that point the recipient had left for the day so the flowers didn't get to them until a full two days late. They refunded the delivery fee (like $20). Disappointing to say the least.

I chose LA Orchidia because: 1. I guess they have orchids 2. The promise of delivering the same day. But after paying, I received a call (at 1:30 am as I am traveling internationally and I was sending a gift to my wife), to tell me that 1. They did not have orchids and 2. They could not send it the same day. This feels a total scam, and 1. I lost 100$ but most importantly 2. My wife did not receive her present on the right day. Terrible, terrible, and sad.
