I don't ordinarily write reviews but want to in this case. I planned to send flowers to a friend in Idaho - I am in Miami so I don't know any florist there. I came across Kyla online and saw the great reviews and beautiful pics. I took a risk and ordered online in the morning and specified what I wanted. I got a little nervous and left a voice message. Kyla personally texted me back right away to let me know the flowers would be sent the same day. Not only were they delivered early that day but when I saw the arrangement it was not only exactly as I specified but also it was stunningly beautiful - exactly as I imagined. And most importantly, my friend loved the flowers.
I highly recommend this business and would absolutely use Kyla's services again in the future - wish I had more friends in Idaho!

I live in Virginia but have family in Boise. I wanted to send flowers tor my sister in law's surgery. Did not know which florist to use - appears to be lots of choices there. The first florist I selected took me all the way to checkout and then practically doubled the price with extraneous charges. By contrast, Kyla Beutler's pricing was completely up front with no sudden charges at the end which I deeply appreciate. KB also did a great job with the flower arrangement and had it delivered to the hospital as I requested. I will certainly use KB Florists again.

Yes, you can get some darn nice flowers at the grocery store these days but Kyla and her team will show you why a professional, creative florist is sometimes just what you need. The prices were fair and the reviews were good. On the website the pictures of their flower arrangements I really liked. After I purchased the flowers the florists emailed me Bc I forgot to sign my name on one of the cards so she asked if I wanted to include it.
