I’ve used House of Flowers for a couple of years now and there simply isn’t a better florist out there. From the selection, to the arrangements, to the sheer creativity, HOF is hands down one of the best out there. Will you pay a little more versus going with one of the bigger companies? Yes, but you will get flowers that last longer, arrangements that are considerably more thoughtful, and presentations that are outstanding. I ordered this for my most recent order for my wife for Valentine’s Day - she absolutely loved it!
Don’t second guess yourself, use HOF for your next purchase and I promise you’ll find yourself using them for every occasion!

A unique and stunning arrangement
that brightened my friend’s day and worked perfectly with the holiday season. I have looked all over the DFW area for a florist that offers original and elegant arrangements, and HoF exceeded my expectations. HoF reached out to me ahead of delivery to let me know about some flower changes to the original order and asked if I approved of the change. Communication from HoF was great. Highly recommend HoF for gorgeous and high quality fresh flower arrangements!

This arrangement was really disappointing- it looked like they grabbed one of each flower the had left and put them all in a vase with a paper fan. No cohesion of texture or color, just a bunch of one of odd choices. Big bummer to spend $130 on something that was so clearly thrown together. I’m sure Mother’s Day is incredibly busy as a florist but you shouldn’t take so many clients that you wont have the time or the inventory to make something worth the high price you are charging.

We are so very sorry that you were not happy with your Mothers Day order. The fan that you think is made out of paper is actually a dried sun palm and they’re very popular right now. All of the flowers we use (orchids, ranunculus, garden roses, hydrangea, mini Cala lillies, peony tulips are all luxury florals so I’m not sure why they weren’t well received. If the recipient sent you a photo, flowers are one of the hardest things to photograph and can look terrible in a photo if not taken at an appropriate angle, lighting etc. when we stage photos for our website, sometimes it takes 2 hours just to get one good photo of an arrangement. Hopefully, you will give us another try. Our customers are our top priority! If you want to order again, please ask for Camilla and she will give you 20% off on your next order.

I have always had a good experience with delivery and beautiful arrangements. I order this a second time but received an arrangement I did not request and definitely was not the quality of beauty as my other ideas have been. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Am expecting a refund.

Flowers are beautiful. But it was so small it was embarrassing. Like the size of a coffee mug small for $160!? Yes, the vase is beautiful and the arrangement unique. Just do not expect to receive an arrangement that will catch anyones eye, because it’s too small to notice…

I have a niece in a hospital in the Ft Worth area, I live in California, I looked up florists in Ft Worth in Yelp, looked at the comments and pictures, called House of Flowers, the owner answered and assured me she could get a nice bouquet delivered that day. When my niece sent me a picture of the bouquet I was very happy with the arrangement. It was a beautiful array of really nice looking flowers and she received it within hours of my placing the order. I highly recommend this florist for what ever occasion that require flowers. Camilla, the owner is professional and I couldn't be happier.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I bought flowers for my friend's 50th birthday and am beyond disappointed given the money that was spent (close to $200 with tax and delivery).
The flowers that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the Designer's Choice LUXE arrangement on their website. The arrangement on the website has many flowers in it and is lush, full and beautiful. What my friend received has maybe 6 or 7 flowers (2 roses, some rancs) and an odd paper fan.
My friend's sister and other friends also sent flowers and spent the same amount on them and they looked beautiful and were full -- and I have the photo for comparison.
If the above wasn't bad enough, when I called the owner she was extremely rude. I politely told her I was very disappointed and that the flowers did not look anything like any similar priced flowers -- and her response was to tell me all flowers are more expensive now (they aren't -- I order flowers all of the time). In the end, the owner very rudely and abruptly hung up on me.
I wish I had ordered from Farmgirl Flowers -- I could have had shipped gorgeous flowers in a very large bouquet that my friend would have loved -- instead, there were barely any flowers, super tacky design and an extremely rude florist. Do yourself a favor and avoid this florist like the plague.

I had received arrangements from House of Flowers in the past and was very impressed with not only the artistry of the beautiful arrangements but how long they lasted!!
When I wanted to send an arrangement to a neighbor who had just lost her mother, I went to their site and found so many unique and beautiful arrangements. I decided on this one because it was so unusual and artistically done. Her mother was a very talented artist. I happened to be present when the arrangement arrived. It was exactly as pictured!!! Could not be happier with the quality and wonderful customer service!!!!

Love to support small businesses but I have to say how disappointed I was in the flower arrangement I sent my friend today versus the one online. The response sadly seemed disingenuous. Just be clear with them when you order and make sure Camilla does the arranging! I will try again. We all have off days!
"I am so sorry to hear this. I did not make the arrangement and was not here when it went out. No excuses, but the truck did not come in this morning and we had so many orders and was running low on product. Our policy is to call the customer when substitutions need to be made but I'm betting they were overwhelmed and forgot to call. I will talk to who made the arrangement and clear this up."

Although the arrangement was very pretty the size was much smaller than I thought I was getting for the price I paid. The florist did offer me a 10% discount on my next order. I would have rather she just give me a 10% credit since I don’t know when I will be ordering from them again.

I happen to find House of Flowers DFW while searching for a florist near Dallas to send flowers to a family member from NJ. So glad to have found them. Love the esthetics of their website, the amazing arrangements they carry. The ease of ordering and excellent customer service. And love the catchy name. Reminded me of the Latin American series. Case de las Flores! Highly recommend them and will be my go to for ordering the most beautiful arrangements.

I bought these flowers for my wife's birthday. The very next day after delivery, she sent me pictures showing everyone of the roses was on the verge of dying. Since it is Easter weekend, she is very upset at the fact that they will all be dead by the time she gets back in town. I have called your store 5 times today with no answer. What should have been a pleasant surprise for my wife is now a let down and disappointment, considering the amount of money which was spent.

I requested an email telling me that it had been delivered & I also requested a picture of the actual arrangement be emailed to me AND THEY DID BOTH!!!
