Hawaiian Magic Tropical Flowers is a family run business located in Kapoho, on the Big Island of Hawaii. We've been servicing the internet community for 25 years. We are growers of Hawaiian Flowers. Think of us as your internet "corner flower shop". Your selections will be wrapped as gifts, will include a gift card and will be packed in a box. We use Fed Ex for our delivery service for local deliveries to Pahoa as well as orders for the U.S. mainland. Deliveries in Hawaii are Tuesday through Friday only. In order to deliver the next day, we need to receive your order no later than 9 AM Hawaii time the day before. We are not able to offer same day deliveries since we are flower growers and not a florist. There has been some confusion from customers that thought we were a florist and because of that we received some bad reviews that were a result of them not understanding our time frame for deliveries. In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
