The arrangement is lovely, but there was no message card. Instead there was a part of an envelope that had been cut into a square and my message printed on it. It was a scrape of paper. I was mortified and removed it before the recipient saw it.

The flower arrangement was fabulous!!!!
The florest was professional and called me to see if was OK to use a different vase then the one pictured.

I would highly recommend getting these two beautiful orchids! I live across the country, so I wasn’t very familiar with orchid deliveries in the LA area, but I got them for a friend whose grandmother passed away recently and they were delivered right on time and were absolutely beautiful. Additionally, I had accidentally put in the wrong address without knowing and they text me letting me know they couldn’t find the house and were able to deliver! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You asked me for my experience. Well, I didn't even know what was delivered and when. There was no photo sent or no documentation that the arrangement was delivered...so how can I write a good review. Rather poor customer service.

GrandiosCGOrchids did a marvelous job on our order. The arrangement itself was beautiful. They also were super at keeping us informed: first, about a small change to the order itself, second by sending us a photo of the arrangement in a "live" person's hands, and finally, by letting us know when the orchid was delivered. Great customer service and flowers are beautiful but they arrived very late in the day when I thought I had requested them to be delivered before lunch. He almost left work early but I had to make sure my fiance stayed late for receive the delivery.
