The florist called me to let me know the order was received and she was ready to fulfill the order she gave me options and even send me pictures once the Flower arrangement Was completed
I received a text letting me know the flowers were ready and a tracking link was sent to me as well

Ordering flowers for a best friend 3,000 miles away is a challenge, especially when you can't find an arrangement online that you love. I decided to give Flower Synergy a chance but decided to request a custom arrangement. It was beyond beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. They were amazing! They sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it and I was even able to live track the delivery which gave a piece of mind being 3,000 miles away! Can't recommend them enough!

I sent a plant as gift to my friend and the one she got had a branch dead. It’s not nice to pay for a plant with dead branches. I just received the flowers yesterday to surprise my gf for today (sunday) I sent them to my friends house since i was working the whole day saturday. when i came by to pick the flowers up from my friends it looked amazing. however.. the small white flowers (i’m not sure what they’re called) were already dying. you can see the color change and it starting to dry up. You’d expect when you spend 80$ that theses flowers would be lively and healthy. Such a disappointment, i rarely buy flowers for her since they’re so expensive (bouquet flowers) i was just so unsatisfied seeing the flowers looking like they’re gone.

I typically order flowers from online stores but this year I wanted to go with something more unique and shop locally to support a new business given current circumstances. The reviews were phenomenal and I loved that customers received photos of their arrangements prior to delivery. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was lovely and very helpful as I was placing my order. Unfortunately on the morning of Mother's Day, I had not received any confirmation about the time of my delivery or a photo of the bouquet so I had to call in and check myself. In the end, the flowers did arrive somewhat within the time requested which was appreciated however it didn't seem that my request written in my the custom bouquet order was followed. The bouquet was beautiful but just not what I was expecting and I wish that I could've received a photo or message of what it would turn out like so I could make some changes.

I recently purchased the Sunny Delight flower arrangement for Mother’s Day. The flowers arrived on time for Friday and looked beautiful! Next morning, I noticed that the yellow roses in the arrangement started to wilt and did not look fresh anymore. Within 2-3 days the red roses and smaller yellow roses began to dry up and wilt. I had been watering moderately each day. I was disappointed that the flowers didn’t last longer for the price that was spent for them. I like that Flower Synergy sent me pics of the bouquet prior to delivery and also a confirmation text after it was delivered. I also really liked the card they sent to the recipient. However, the bouquet did not look like what was pictured. There were different colored roses and it didn’t look as fresh and Springy as the picture. I do understand that some floral selections are seasonal or limited but the shape of the bouquet was nothing like the bouquet I selected online.

I have not used your company before. I paid more than I usually pay for flowers based upon your hype. What a huge disappointment. Flowers themselves were sub-par. I have seen more beautiful blooms sold at Costco for a tiny fraction of what I paid you. The florist that was close to my office closed their doors, so I came across your add. I don't think I will use you again. My wife was kind as she expressed her gratitude for the Valentine Gift. I sent another arrangement to a client on the loss of her mother. I haven't seen that one yet, but I was embarrassed by the gift to my wife.

My mom liked the flowers, however I did expect the bouquet to be much larger because I chose the most expensive version. If the sample photos represented each level of the bouquets I think I would have chosen more accordingly per photo. I have used Flower-Synergy a handful of times over the years and have always been very pleased. They are on the expensive side, but feel it's been justified with their beautiful arrangements and exceptional service, neither of which were experienced this Valentine's Day. I was worried about the weather, and felt bad when the delivery person showed up drenched, but assumed someone delivering flowers in the rain would have an umbrella. Not only was the arrangement soaked and falling apart, the flowers died in just a few days, where in the past they have lasted weeks. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to bad weather and Valentine's, but for the price paid, I expected alot more then some dripping wet delapadated flowers.

My fiance brought home her arrangement from work, and while she thought it was OK, she was not impressed. I buy roses for her regularly (farmers markets, Costco, Trader Joe's, wholesale flower shops) and they are at least 6+ inches longer than these. The arrangement is very short and a little sad looking. Two of the large leaves had tears in the middle. I also felt as though the "I Love You" insert and the bow choice made the arrangement look and feel a little cheap. Overall feeling disappointed. Would not recommend.

Having friends and relatives living and moving all over the world results in me having to scramble for new florists wherever they may go. I had a bad experience with a florist in Vancouver who failed to deliver a Sympathy wreath to my aunt's wake so I was very concerned if this order would go through.
From start to finish, it was smooth sailing and I loved how you let me know what was happening every step of the way. According to the recipient, your delivery was early enough to start the day right but not too early to inconvenience the recipient; perfect timing of delivery! She was bowled over with the arrangement and its fragrance! Although it looked slightly different from the website photograph due to the seasonal substitutions, it still looked good.
I seldom do reviews but I feel the rest of the world that find themselves in the same position I do deserve to know you are a florist that can be trusted to deliver and delight both recipients and senders!!!

Positives: Floral designer did a beautiful job, following my instructions regarding capturing the color combination request, and trying to make it look like the picture advertised. The flowers used looked very nice. The delivery person did a great job delivering it in the morning and actually going to door to present it. Appreciate that very much. The recipients loved the arrangement and the colors. They said it was very fresh and nice.
Negative: We were sent a picture of the delivered arrangement. Although it was very pretty, it fell short of expectation as far as size. We paid for a deluxe arrangement, and from the picture we were sent, it looks like a "basic" version was actually delivered. The basic version was represented in the online picture for the basic price. We had the expectation by upgrading to the deluxe version, and paying $20 more for it, that it would have been larger. I even asked in the instructions to make it that way. So, just disappointed about that. I was in the floral industry for about 3 years. So, I always made sure the arrangement was grander, especially when they paid more for it.
We will probably use your service again, but will not pay the additional fee for an upgraded arrangement.

The arrangement looked much better in the online photo than it did in actuality. This is taking into account lighting and professional photography. while still lovely, the online flowers were arranged much more attractively. Also, there were more roses in the online arrangement. and the bow is cuter online.

I have to update my review due to the extremely impressive customer service that I received from Flower Synergy today. I received a photo of the finished product and was not pleased. Sent them an email reply stating that this was not in the same color scheme as the photo. Was displeased with the fact that they used lots of pale pink flowers and no hot pink as pictured.
The Owner Galit reached out to me with a phone call apologizing that I was disappointed with the overall look of my purchase. She explained that the flowers are seasonal (understandable) and offered a generous discount on my next order. She also said that the next time they can send me a photo for approval before shipping it out for delivery.
About 2 hours later I received an adorable very well put together peach garden rose arrangement in a tiny handmade vase. This gesture completely blew me away!!!

There are lots of stunning arrangements in all price ranges to choose from, notes areas for specifics on an order if needed and super fast checkout/payment. Another great thing about my buying experience was the friendly emails I received from Flower-Synergy, not only letting me know my order was in process, but also alerting me when the flowers were out for delivery and again when received. I had noted specifics on the order (keep to a certain color scheme if substitute flowers were used), and on the delivery alert email, Flower-Synergy included a photo of the revised arrangement, which was as beautiful as the original. I was just looking for a flower shop that lived near a friend that just lost her baby. This shop went above my expectations. I made the order after 4pm and the flowers were promptly delivered 2 hrs later on the same day. I called just to make sure my friend received them and I didn't even have to tell the lady my name.
