Very beautiful arrangement and amazing service! I called way too late for a Valentines delivery. Maybe 45 minutes before closing. They said they would deliver it the next day, only for my mother to text me 30 minutes later thanking me for the flowers. My mother had just returned from the hospital. Age 81 a five month slow bleed from a head injury 5 moths before had caused a huge blood clot in her brain. She was finally home after a delicate surgery and the flowers were so special!!! Thank you!

I'm so sorry you did not like the flowers. I tried very hard to copy the modern style, fall colors, and fill to value. With same day orders, especially ONLINE, with no verbal communication with our customers, it can be tricky to choose flowers on your behalf from what's in stock. I realize you ordered one with tulips and orchids however we had none in stock and would need about a week to get exact flowers in to match any of our catalog past designs.

The young lady who took my order was very patient and kind. This was for a 75th wedding anniversary dinner and I originally asked about sending an all white or neutral colored arrangement . She thought pastels would be better. This dark reds arrangement was not pastels and certainly not summery. I realize costs are much different from Ohio, but I thought for the price and for such an occasion, it would have been fuller and larger. Sorry, but I was disappointed.

I have used this company twice now and let me say that the customer service I was provided was phenomenal. When I made my purchase of a hefty sum I was emailed by the owner and told that she didn’t have the flowers I’d ordered as it was same day delivery, I understood this and was about to take the next day option instead when the owner graciously offered to replace the missing flowers with equal value and beauty that she had on hand. I accepted of course and the arrangement was hands down “the biggest arrangement my girl has ever seen” her quote.

They were so accommodating and friendly. Hi Michelle, your order for 12 long stem red roses was filled as such. No changes or substitutions were necessary. Photo shows the same greens roses and alstromeria that we ended up using. There was one greenery item the boxwood that wasn't available however that is not much of a change. We did contact you twice to see if you'd rather have a colored rose but did not get a reply so kept your original request for red roses. I'm sorry you are disappointed and am available if you'd like to speak in person so I can better understand.

I have ordered before and was very pleased, but not this time. It wasn’t what I really requested and for almost $100. It looked like leftovers put in a vase.

Had to place order last minute due to another florist canceling my order on me. Florist admitted to receiving my order before they opened, but pushed the order back because I failed to click a hidden feature requesting rush delivery. The florist said the driver left the shop at 4pm to deliver to some other places before going to my requested place of delivery which a private office type company. The florist acknowledged the point of the flowers were to receive them and show them off through out the day at work, not after the work day. The florist admits to having issues with delivering to the place requested, but has failed to figure out that it is a office environment or reach out to better facilitate deliveries to that site. Was unable to refund money, did not deliver flowers since it was too late and unwanted now, however was offered a discount for future purchase...
