Very glad you asked because I was going to email you tomorrow (too busy today). The basket was nice - I guess the plants , being in 2nd size basket , were bigger to fill it but it said flowers added (which should be for the price) and would've made prettier. I prefer sending plants alittle “spruced up” so the recipient can take home as a memory. I was a bit disappointed no flowers mixed in.

My experience was excellent. I ordered an arrangement online for same day delivery. About an hour later I received a call from the owner who apologized that because the store had been closed for vacation the week before, they had not yet received the shipment of flowers that would have made up the arrangement I selected. He offered to make an equally beautiful one with the flowers he had. And that he did! The arrangement was absolutely magnificent! Our friend who received it said it was the most gorgeous thing she had ever seen. She took pictures to show me. I will definitely order from here again. Excellent product! They came exactly as pictured but you can not tell just how tall they are in the photo. They are such a presence in our kitchen, like the size of a bush. It's exactly what I had hoped for - nothing says I love you like a really big impressive set of flowers. There's nothing subtle here. :)

The calla lily bowl was not available, so the florist called me immediately after I placed my order on line and we switched the order to another comparable one.
