I ordered a flower arrangement for a co-worker who was recovering from surgery. She said the arrangment was beautiful and a bright spot while she was getting well. I called the shop twice with questions before placing the order and talked with 2 different people. Both we friendly, helpful and very kind. So disappointed!! Arrangement looks NOTHING like the photo on the website! I ordered a sleek, elegant arrangement with a muted color palette, what got delivered was a bright colored mess that looks like a kindergartener put it together (the hand writing on the card also looks like a child wrote it)! In fact, this arrangement was so wrong that the recipients had to hide it before their guests arrived. I paid extra and upgraded from the 'standard' arrangement to the 'premium' arrangement. According to their website, "Premium: We will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style." There were actually less flowers in the 'premium' arrangement that was delivered than in the 'standard' arrangement that is pictured on the website. The only thing that was added, was greenery, and its quality, as well as the quality of the blooms, were poor. I wish I could upload a picture of the arrangement that was delivered so everyone could understand the 1 star review and my frustration. All-in-all the total was $145, which included a generous tip. I've seen better looking arrangements at Wal-mart for a lot cheaper. DO BETTER Floral Expressions!!

I ordered the deluxe Oh happy day which was sent to a friend in the hospital and thought it was going to look like the picture. She sent a picture of what she received thanking us for it and it was not anywhere near as full as what you advertise. And I only counted 2 roses in hers & your picture shows 4 roses. I sent this 6 ballon basic bouquet to my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. She lives in Colorado and my husband and I in New Jersey so we cannot be with her to celebrate. My son sent us a video of when she received the balloons. I wish I could send it to you. She is just learning to speak and also uses signs to express herself. She verbally kept saying “oh wow!” And was signing thank you over and over looking up at the balloons. Chose this specific arrangement for the color scheme, but what arrived was quite different. If that were the picture I'd seen when purchasing, I would not have purchased. I did appreciate the timeliness of the delivery, first thing in the morning. Just a note about the note though - handwritten can be a nice and quaint touch but there are certain requirements when you're doing it on someone else's behalf and this did not meet them. I definitely expected to get my money's worth as bouquets are quite expensive for what they are. Disappointed color scheme was way off despite guarantee on website that it would be preserved if items could not be matched exactly. Plus, 17 blooms visible in web photo and only 7 visible from any given angle in reality.

The arrangement I picked was 59.99 with taxes, tip and delivery I paid 90.59. The picture of the flowers I picked looked nothing like what was delivered. I understand some flowers are seasonal but this arrangement wasn't close. This is Upsetting.

Not at all what this photo depicts. The arrangement is really small and way overpriced for what it is!
Additionally the delivery went the house next door event though were home. When I called the shop to inquire where the delivery was, the person who answered the phone was beyond rude and was supposed to call me back with an update but never did.
Overall, a terrible experience and I will not business with you all again unless something is done to correct this experience. I just moved to Denver from LA and was hoping to find our new go-to florist......

These flowers were chosen to be delivered as a remembrance of a family member who had passed. The flowers were chosen for their elegant color and appearance. Though the photo is only a representation of what may be delivered, the arrangement that was delivered did not represent the style, theme or color scheme promised. The bouquet originally chosen was Victorian Romance: “an English garden, with creamy roses, green ivy and purple wax flowers.” The bouquet delivered was ruscus leaves, red carnations, and leather leaf fern with some white roses mixed in. I’m disappointed to say that this order was not reflective of “Victorian Romance”. I do appreciate that the flowers were delivered on the day promised, which is more than I can say for the last company I used. But, the arrangement delivered was not worth the $100+ that I spent.

My mother never received her flowers, I paid for same day delivery, even called to try and sort out how to get the flowers delivered the next day. I was frustrated, never raised my voice. Customer service is unbelievably rude and became volatile with me...hung up on me multiple times, after trying to understand why they claimed the flowers were delivered even though I had spoken to my mother and the flowers never arrived. I will now be disputing these charges with my bank and highly recommend staying away from this company to do business. I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver, and TRUST ME there are far superiors florists with much better customer service.

Hi Fiona, we are sorry to see you continue with your unreasonable behavior.
First, we went by on Friday afternoon, as you requested, to deliver your flowers. My driver texted the number you provided for your mother at 3:36 PM to let her know she was on her way and would arrive in 10-20 minutes. Turned out that the number you provided was actually your own. You told her to leave the flowers in the lobby if your mother wasn't home. When my driver arrived, she was unable to reach your mother, but she was also unable to get into the lobby as your mother resides in a secure building. My driver texted you to tell you that she was unable to enter the building, and asked you how you would like her to proceed. You did not respond to her. My driver waited 14 minutes for you and never heard back, so she texted you again telling you to contact the shop to arrange redelivery.
The next morning, still not having heard from you, we sent your mother's arrangement out again for delivery. It left the shop at 8:45 AM, and was part of a larger run, with the estimated delivery time of 11:00 AM. At 9:35 you called and began to verbally abuse my staff, calling them incompetent, and failing to follow your basic instructions. Two different members of my staff tried to speak with you and explain the situation. You refused to listen. You continued to berate and insult them. They both told you that the conversations would have to end if you would not listen. You finally provided your mother's phone number after 6 phone calls of you abusing my staff.
At 11:10 AM on Saturday, your mother's flowers were delivered to her.
Fiona, you failed to provide information for us to contact your mother, information for us gain entry to the building, and you failed to respond to my driver's text to communicate when she arrived, that she was unable to gain entry into the lobby, which is where you asked her to leave the flowers. She was unable to leave them outside or in the foyer, both unsecured locations, without your approval.
Fiona, you failed to provide us with the necessary information to deliver your order, and instead of acknowledging or accepting this fact, you went on a rampage, blaming us for your inability to communicate properly. You would have been upset if the flowers had been left in a location were they could have been stolen or damaged.
The bottom line here Fiona, is that you have been rude, abusive, and completely unreasonable. Spending $80 on flowers for your mother does not entitle you to abuse anyone on my staff. We went above and beyond to make this happen for you despite not having adequate information to actually complete the delivery. You reaction to your failure to communicate appropriately is frankly sad and pathetic.

The lady was a little panicked when she called me because my parents didn't hear the doorbell. I told her just leave them on the table since she has other deliveries. My mom loved them but closer inspection the flowers they were not fresh. Which was a little bit disheartening for how much I paid for them. The arrangement was called “Colorado Sunset” but did not uphold that name when they actually arrived. I assume that the sunset roses were not available and so solid yellow ones were used in their place. However my daughter stated that they were stunning and the prettiest flowers she has received in awhile.

They were beautiful on arrival Friday at noon, but by Sunday most of their heads had dropped and were browned and dead by Monday despite a change of water/trim on Sunday. I wish they would have lasted longer than 2 days, the stems were too thin to support the flower heads. They made a beautiful impression on delivery though, thank you.

This unique arrangement was so perfect for my friend Steve, who loves sporty cars. He has been in 4 hospitals over the last two months because of a sudden and devastating infection. He has been improving and this arrangement and its note was intended to encourage Steve. He LOVED it and was very touched. He had past a necessary hurdle ("the swallow test") in his treatment and on that very day had his first normal meal in 2 months. He had not received any flowers during this time of intensive care. These were the first and do they ever shine!

Customer service was good, but the flowers were such a disappointment. I sent this to a friend and her husband that recently moved to Denver. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers. I would not be purchasing from here again nor would I recommend to anyone. Too bad I can’t upload the photos.

It had none of the artistry and looked like it was put together by an amateur. Will never order again from this florist because I can not trust what will be delivered.

Sadly, I was disappointed. I chose this arrangement due to diversity and color variation. I like the 3 colors: Red, Pink and Purple. There were 2 shades of Pink in photo: Light and Dark. The actual arrangement Carla received was ALL Red. Three types of Red Roses and Red Carnations. No diversity. Not happy.

The picture the recipient sent me looked even better than the online photo. I had thought the online looked smallish and was fine with that. The photo my recipient sent looked larger than I expected. One thing you could have done different - when I went to check out, I was given the option to upgrade my order, but I didn't find anything to describe what that meant, so that could be helpful in in the future.
