For what I paid (about $150 with tax and delivery and tip) the flowers were a bit wimpy - smaller arrangement than I expected and not super fresh (but it must be hard to gear up for v day). It is what I’d expect for half that price. I don’t plan to use your services again.

The photo is deceiving, as this is not a photo of the Pink Velvet Box that is actually sent. I got a photo from the recipient and it was all pink roses, but the roses were wilted and I was bummed. If she had not sent a photo, I would have thought is was the one that David sent. Also, $40 "hand deliver up charge" is steep ( and on top of tip) I don't think I will be ordering from David's again.

WOW where do I start? I live in the East Coast so ordering flowers is really just an easy thing over here, out in LA it always seems like an impossible task to get done. Google gives a lot of results but none seem to be just a direct florist so to finally be able to get a direct line to a florist out there felt like a relief. I called first to see if they would deliver to the address that I needed and the team on the phone was so helpful. They helped me with placing an order online while I was on the phone with them. They even offered some extra services at no extra cost which was really satisfying. When my girl friend got the flower she was over the top in love with them. I had ordered flowers from another spot in LA before and remember her response was just thankful, but these flowers from DBD was something different. She called just to remark on how fresh the flowers were. How they still have water on the petals and the box that they had came in made her so happy. I will and would high recommend using DBD for their services.

the 1st time we ordered from this company it was perfect. This time was the complete opposite. We ordered a $200+ arrangement. We left instructions that the receiver was a 94 year old woman who would not be able to carry it. The delivery guy left it at the door and called her to tell her it was outside. She then had to call her grandson who lives half an hour away to come and bring the arrangement inside. And the flowers were dead within 4 days.I called the owner, all he did was make excuses.
I will never use this company again. I am very upset about this.

My bouquet was recently delivered, although the recipient was pleased with it, the difference between your website and the delivered product is significant enough that i wanted to flag i was quite disappointed (a significantly lower number of roses). I don’t feel like the delivered bouquet was worth the 180 cost. I did email the florist to flag this but never heard back.

Absolutely amazing. I sent my friend the "designer's choice" boquet for Valentine's Day. I was a little worried given I ordered them two days before Valentine's Day and I didn't know what the designer's choice may be. Very creative arrangement with a nice simple glass vase which I like. Based on the photos on his website, I took a chance to let him design without seeing anything, because I did not see the colors I wanted among his prearranged flowers. I told him the color preference. He made a very contemporary arrangement I liked. The only wish I had was a lower delivery charge. To be fair, I don't know the average charge for florists' deliveries, but almost $18 delivery charge was a big chunk taken from my budget, which I would rather spend toward more flowers. I hoped that he could give me some consideration for a lower delivery charge as his studio was only 3 blocks from my house! Some florists do have different tier charge based on distance...
In general, he is a talented florist.

I had to change the original delivery address after the flowers already had been loaded out.
Called them and explained the reason why I needed to change the address. They were very helpfull and managed to deliver to the new address. The delivery service even waited outside while they attempted to contact the flower recipient for much longer than expected.

I placed a custom order online about 5 days in advance of delivery. I received a response within 24 hours. It was suggested that what I wanted probably would cost more. I replied inquiring about how much more and for more details but never received a response. I also had asked if it was possible to have a photo sent of the final bouquet, which also was ignored. I am across the country currently and this was being sent to a former college instructor so it was not the sort of thing where I could ask her how it turned out or for her to take a picture. Of course she was grateful and pleased but I have no way of knowing what my $80 plus taxes for a total of over $100 ended up looking like, or if it was even close to my request. Hope it was! Probably will just do Proflowers next time so I at least know what I am getting, even if it is lower quality.

Getting a notice that the order was delivered is not helpful unless
You identify the delivery success by street address rather than order number. I am sure there. Is a way to correlate the two Brit if you get a 100 emails a day it's too difficult.
