I’m from Panama City, Florida & ordered a spray for a very special friend’s funeral. I’m always skeptical when I have to order flowers sight unseen because I’ve actually been embarrassed in the past when ordered from what I thought was a reputable florist only to be dissatisfied with their work & quality.
Collins did a beautiful job & the flowers were fresh as represented. I am very satisfied with their quality of work & would highly recommend them!

courteous and professional. i requested an lsu pick and/or ribbon for the arrangement as my cousin was an lsu fan. the only plant i saw with such had card that belonged to someone else. i don't know if wrong card put on my plant, as i didn't see another one with lsu pick/ribbon. price was reasonable and cousin's wife liked the plant. i prefer doing business with local florists in the area as i've had bad experiences with national sellers. thank you.

The flower arrangement was unacceptable. There were more leaves than anything in the arrangement. If we would have known we could have just ordered a plant. Very disappointed in the arrangement. Pleased with the figurine and delivery.

In the florist choice arrangement we just show color on the site, and then add the greenery in the vase. We are deeply sorry to have over greened your loved ones arrangement. I would not recommend this Florist to anyone!!! I ordered roses and balloons they forgot to deliver the balloon and the roses was just thrown in a vase !!!! If your trying to impress a love one with nice flowers and gifts this Florist is “not” the one . It was a waste of time and money!!!!!

The roses could not have been any fresher or more carefully placed in the beautiful gold tipped vase. We always strive to please our senders and put a smile on our recipients. I live over 600 miles from Collins, Ms. The service and quality I received from Collins Florist was far superior than the local florists where I live.

Website false advertising. Doesn’t follow up with customer if out of a flower, she just substitute on her own. If your out of something, call your customer to make sure they still want it. Give them the choice.. It was my first time ordering from them, and I will never order again.

We are sorry we could not satisfy you. Our substitution policy is clearly spelled out and the description is as well. The photo on the site is of the medium arrangement and you chose the small one. You did not specify you were not open to substitutions, and we added flowers that cost twice the price of what you paid for. We cannot communicate any better with you. It is listed out clearly where you ordered. We are sorry you are so upset. We are sorry we could not make another trip to swap again. We offered to swap if someone could bring it to the shop. We are sorry there was no way to make you happy.

The plant was beautiful and well maintained. It arrived a day before scheduled, which was fine. I had thought it would be bigger (less than 2 feet with container), but apparently I didn't notice the container size on the description.

The bouquet I ordered from the website said was going to look close to the picture showed on the site but when I got the bouquet it was pitiful looking looked nothing like it said it would.

I apologize for the disappointment. I understand why there was a difference in the photo on the site and the actual arrangement. The photos are of the medium priced arrangements. The arrangement was extremely disappointing and WAS NOT WORTH money spent on it. It was much smaller than it appears here (about a foot tall if that much.) I saw other arrangements at the funeral and they were very nice and worth the amount paid. I was embarrassed looking at this arrangement.
