Bloomnation is a great service. The florist sent a picture of the actual arrangement and I was notified when it was delivered. My friend loved the arrangement. I like the fact that an independent florist was contacted. I would use the service again.

I’ve purchased at least 20+ arrangements on Bloom Nation from local florists. This one looked nothing like what was photographed on the website. I understand not having the exact flowers, but this wasn’t even in the same color pallet. I have requested a full refund and cancelled my order.

I will never order from them again. Not only was the associate I spoke on the phone with, very rude...they seemed to also not have their stuff together. My order was incorrectly placed as delivered, I couldn’t reach a manager, and I was asked to change my delivery date after I specifically requested one. If quality customer service is important to you choose another florist.

Beautiful arrangement very similar to the online version. And loved that Blumz sent a confirming photo. My friend loved her gift of thanks. Thank you guys for making it happen, bringing joy during this crazy time.

the shop didn't have the flowers in the photograph but they called and said they would make substitutions, which my mother said are gorgeous. Absolutely lovely.
