Easy to order on the website. Picture was similar to arrangement received - white hydrangeas, white orchids, cream almost yellow roses and minimal greenery including seeded eucalyptus. Delivery was timely. I am a repeat customer and would use Beards again.

Ordering process was smooth. She said they were really beautiful, I personally haven’t seen them, but she had no idea they had arrived. I’m unsure of wether they attempted to call her or not if the door was unanswered. I called in the evening and she then looked on the porch to find them and they were there.

Chelsea, I checked with the driver about this situation. They did call and leave a message stating it was on her porch after trying to get an answer at the door and with neighbors. The driver also said they received a call back an hour later from the recipient stating they had received the flowers.

I didn't have a picture to select, but I was able to see multiple examples of floral arrangements on the website. I asked for something suitable for a funeral, but on the creative side of the spectrum. When I was sent a picture of the flowers (I live 2000 miles away from where the funeral was held), I was very pleased with the choices that your designer made. I don’t have many occasions to get flowers for folks, but when WBC is specifically protesting my good friend at her place of work, she deserves some fancy fuckin thank you flowers for the amazing person she is, and you guys definitely didn’t disappoint. All I knew was her wife said she likes red and yellow, so we left it up to you guys, and legit, she cried. It was exactly the show of the over-the-top support and encouragement she needed, and it was important for the kiddos at the high school, especially kiddos also harmed by WBC rhetoric, to see that kind of love and support. Very happy with my experience: I had given an incorrect address and they corrected it quickly, they called to inform me they were leaving it at my parents' house when my parents weren't available for the delivery and I had written two note cards while ordering, which they seemed to easily decipher, hand wrote the notes and placed them with the appropriate bouquet. Easy to order after I found the premade arrangements. My mom loved the delivery man. He greeted her with Mothers Day wishes which meant a lot to her. The bouquet was fresh and unique. I would have ordered the arrangement with the protea but it said some flowers weren't guaranteed. My assumption was that was the flower that might be removed so I didn't spend more on that one. I'd love to order proteas in the future as they are among my moms favorites. How would I do that?

The flowers/arrangment looked great. The girlfriend really like it. One issue I had was they delivered to the billing address and not the place they were suppose to be delivered and they wrote my name instead of my girlfriend's name. I don't know if it was an issue on my end or what an issue with their website (I placed the order online). Wasn't a huge issue because the place they needed to deliver was really close by anyway. I will order from them again.
