I live in NJ and needed flowers delivered in Arlington Heights, IL. I called and the gentleman I spoke to was so nice and helpful, I had no specific arrangement in mind, but told him what kind of flowers I would like. I also needed the flowers delivered at a specific time. very accommodating. I called on the day of the delivery to confirm and he confirmed. I was told that the flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. Very Happy with this florist.

It was so small, I was embarrassed. It was a $100 purchase. Another arrangement at the same funeral was $200 and was 10 times larger, all roses.
It is very difficult to ascertain the size of the arrangement from your website. I looked for dimensions and couldn't find any. So I went with the middle size, assuming that for $100 it would be a decent arrangement.
I was so disappointed. I purchased this with two other friends for our close friend's sister's funeral.
I am very unhappy with this. I will not purchase from Arlington Heights Florist again.

I had to order this while on the road and via internet. I messed up the address, emailed them to correct it and then, at a pit stop, called too to be certain they'd be sent to the correct address. They were just so wonderful and completely understood my worries. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and so much prettier than the display photo. Bouquet did not look like picture. Paid for premium design and looked like basic. Was not full of flower like pictured. The yellow flowers were taller than the rest Of the arrangement and the white flowers were tiny not the large white flower pictured. Very disappointed. Recipient didn’t have much to say about it either. Very underwhelming when you send flowers to make someone happy.

The arrangement that was received really did not look like the picture, which I chose for the unique pink/peach flowers. There was no orange or peach in the arrangement. It was pretty, and the recipient loved it, but it was quite different than what I wanted.

I purchased the highest quality bouquet of this type and was incredibly disappointed. I have purchased $100 bouquets that look amazing and this was pitiful. Tiny shriveled flowers, cheap filler with the smallest greenery - one spike - not at all what was shown. I wouldn’t have paid $20 for this at a gas station. I was embarrassed and angry to say the very least.

Hi, I am writing because I am disappointed in the flowers that my wife received for her Birthday. The picture online looked like the flower we’re going to be very larger. When they arrive the bouquet was very small. Some of the flower were also turning brown. Paying over $70 for what I received was very disappointing. I could of bought flowers at the supermarket for $50 less and received the same quality. The positives they were delivered on time and the hand written note was nice.

No, actually I wasn’t happy! I picked an arrangement with lavender, purple, and violet hues, but there were other colors such as white which cheapens the look!

Although I appreciate that it was taken care of around 7 o'clock in the evening, my mother didn't have the opportunity to receive the flowers I had especially chosen for her, and she needed to wait all day to receive them. I know these are first world problems, but it was her first mother's day since losing her Mom and I wanted her to have the flowers that I chose and much earlier in the day, to make her day a little brighter. Not sure what exactly happened, but I did give all the correct information. Again, thanks for getting her some sort of bouquet in the evening.

I was a little disappointed because the basket was not as nice and there were less yellow flowers than pictured. The substituted flowers were very pretty and she thought the flowers were beautiful. There wasn't a yellow ribbon either. Yellow is her favorite color....that's why I chose this basket. The service was EXCELLENT! I'm assuming you didn't have the basket and yellow flowers available and had to substitute. Since she was happy with it...I'll give it a 4 star because of the service and effort.

I placed a pretty involved order for same-day delivery, choosing the Vibrant Blooming Basket to be delivered to my sister in Arlington Heights. I was extremely surprised at how early in the day my sister texted me to thank me for the gorgeous flowers, and how the photo she sent me looked "exactly" like the promo photo on Arlington Heights Florist's website. I live far from my various family members, and sending flowers is one way I can be with them in spirit during celebrations and challenging times. Excellent service and excellent products really make a difference, and Arlington Heights Florist hit it out of the park. I have never used this florist before, but have them bookmarked for all future orders for my sister and other friends in the area. Best florist to work with during a difficult time. I made the purchase online which was extremely convenient. I had listed the incorrect date for the funeral service and the delivery person went out of their way to find out if there would be a memorial service at the church which happened to be the day of the delivery, they went out of their way to make sure that the flowers were delivered to the church.
