I can’t tell you what an amazing experience this was to deal with Alejandra! First of all I placed the order based on their rating and beautiful pictures and reviews. Then I got a text the next day to say ask if they could deliver the next day so they could have the freshest blooms because they happen to know the person we were sending the flowers to and what flowers she liked and wanted to make sure it was extra special! We were ordering from out of state and had no idea they knew her! The bouquet was so gorgeous! She loved them!!! That’s really going above and beyond.

My experience was terrific! I received frequent updates via email, including an actual picture of the bouquet! I did not expect that, but really appreciated that thoughtful touch. My sister adored the bouquet and that the deliverer went out of her way to deliver to their apartment, which is a back house. Most times things are delivered to her landlord in the main house. Since I’m out of state, I’m thrilled to find a flower shop that does quality work, Kees me updated, and delivers according to the instructions that you leave. Phenomenal job! Possibly the BEST experience I have ever had with a florist; especially one I've never used before. The owner was very accomodating and delivered the same day. She then sent an email after it had been delivered and a PHOTO of someone holding the actual arrangement (which was lovely; I had picked the Premium version of it and it looked sufficiently large, ample and generous as I had requested.) I would never have found Aqaurela except for the fact that the recipient lives in Arcadia and I did a search for a local florist. I live in Pasadena and only hope she delivers this far West! GREAT experience and look forward to having the opportunity to using them again.
