Do not do business with these people. Total failure. Order placed 3 days ahead of Saturday 9/2 memorial event at a local church. Andrew's Garden failed to deliver the order until Monday 9/5, and to a person other than the work colleague we ordered the flowers for. No explanation, no response to repeated requests for information and explanation. Flowers provided, while nice enough, were not $150 calibre. Cannot emphasize enough, they DID NOT COMMUNICATE or explain themselves at any point, never called to apologize. Embarrassed in front of our work colleague. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

I was very happy with everything except the colors. The recipient sent me a video so I was able to see it in the round. The arrangement was full and beautiful and even larger than expected. The flowers looked lush and fresh. I had mentioned in my instructions that I loved the mix of colors in the picture of the Falling Into You arrangement, with the two raspberry blooms at top accenting the rest which were more pastel...pink, peach and yellow...somehow the designer interpreted this as not wanting much pastel. I should have just said please retain the picture color scheme as much as possible. As a result it has a lot of deep red and looks more like a Christmas theme than Spring. I probably would be less disappointed but this is twice what I usually pay for a bouquet. Still, it beats the FTD garbage which is often not fresh and usually not too inspiring and also does not match what their showing you'll get. If you keep individual feedback on customers, that would be helpful... then you get to know what they like. Sending flowers long distance is problematic. So I may try with you again next year if I can communicate better. This recipient is my dearly loved sister in law for whom flowers are the perfect gift. She and I both love them and this is the time of year when we are hungry to see blooms! I think she was very pleased but of course she's not going to say otherwise.

The only suggestion I can make is sending us an email when it is delivered. For our order, we received your delivery confirmation email at 6:51pm. But I believe it was delivered sometime in the morning.

I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day. The flowers used were not the usual quality I would have expected from Andrew's Garden. Roses were wilted and arrangement was not as full as expected for the price I paid. My recipient called on Monday and Andrew's Garden replaced the entire arrangement for her. I appreciate that they made it right - but I wish the arrangement had been done correctly in the first place.

This arrangement was part of the “Valentine’s Day” selections, and although described as a “bouquet” we did not think that it *literally* was a handheld bouquet. Who would want a bouquet to carry around for Valentines Day? Very disappointed, particularly given the price… otherwise the flowers themselves were nice.

I didn't recognize the floral arrangement at the visitation.
1) I didn't see any arrangements that look like the arrangement that was pictured on your website. Look nothing about flower and your business but the arrangement I thought I bought was more colorful and 'cheery' then what is pictured.
2) More importantly, I did not see a card, on any arrangement, from my organization that bought the flowers! (And I check a couple of times.)

I ordered a custom bouquet, provided rather little guidance, and the flower arrangement you delivered was absolutely lovely. I really appreciated the photo sent afterwards to show me what had been delivered. I always hate wondering if my flowers were delivered and what they looked like, and I don't want to call and say, "Did you get my flowers and did you like them? What did they look like?" This last order for Mother's day, your driver delivered to the wrong address and an old neighbor brought it over to my Mom. I just recently learned that the last few times I ordered your driver just left the flower either in the heat or in freezing condition even though I always requested to call first. There are many other florists in the area but I always go with your shop because your design is different than other shops. I live out of state and would love to continue to support your business. Not sure why the problem was not fixed when my parents called to let you know of the delivery problem. I even told them last year maybe because COVID but this time I can't make any more excuse

Extraordinarily unique Mother's Day arrangement. My mother exclaimed how fresh the flowers were, and it was an incredible use of color and creativity. Even the more common flowers, such as a rose, were artistically selected and placed (pale roses). This is the fourth or fifth year in a row that I have used Andrew's Garden -- and they have always exceeded expectations. Definitely a little more expensive, but you are paying for the creativity, expertise, and high quality flowers.

Looks as if the Antique Hydrangea and Parrot Tulips were not available, and replaced with what appear to be mums(?). When recipient shared photos, I was a bit surprised as it looked quite different than what was ordered - both in flowers and in overall color themes. However, she really appreciated the arrangement, especially the unusual pinecones, and other greenery.
My friend also mentioned the outstanding customer service - a call before delivery, prompt touchless delivery, the arrangement in a protective bag, etc. So well done!

I've ordered from Andrew's Garden before and been so pleased, but I have to admit that this time I was a bit disappointed. Rather than the gorgeous speckled glass vase featured in the photo, we were given a plastic copper vase. While the arrangement that was delivered is pretty, it doesn't have nearly the same variety of unique berries, different colored roses, greenery, and thick twisted branches promised in the photo. I completely understand that bouquets may differ slightly based on what's available, but for a $200 arrangement I think the differences should be fewer than these.

From the ease of using the website to end result, this was a perfect experience. I love to shop local and especially with floral arrangements. When you go through websites for flower delivery, it never seems to look as nice as the pictures. With Andrews Garden it was the opposite. While the picture of the arrangement we picked out was beautiful, the flowers my mother in law received were gorgeous. She told me it was the nicest arrangement she’s ever gotten.

My wife kept telling me to order flowers from Andrews instead of 1800flowers as the quality was much better. For this Mother's Day I tried Andrew's for the first time. Not pleased. For an expensive arrangement, the flowers are soft and wilting, and rose petals brownish at the edges. In addition, the arrangement is very small and not impressive. Will most likely not use Andrew's again.

I live in Phoenix and just came in town this weekend to bring Sarah home from Marianjoy. She had commented that the flowers were beautiful, but they only lived for two days. Other flowers she had received from your shop that had come two days earlier had lived several days past the ones that I had sent to her. That is disappointing being that they were over $100.00.

This was my first time ordering from Andrew's Garden. I bought a bouquet to be delivered to my friend in Glen Ellyn, IL and I am not very familiar with the Chicago area, as I live in Colorado. I Googled area florists and found Andrew's Garden. First off, the website looked amazing, with very modern, clear, and beautiful photos throughout. Many floral sites are very dated looking to me; this one is FULL of contemporary displays and that really impressed me immediately. Next, the site was very easy to use. I was able to quickly find something that I really liked that I felt represented my friend's style. Although what was delivered (on time, as expected, by the way) wasn't exactly what was pictured, I feel AG did their very best to make it as close to the bouquet that I had selected. I realize that what's delivered depends on what is in stock that day, so I never think it will be exactly a replica of the photo. My friend was THRILLED with the bouquet and it looks lovely in her new home! THANK YOU! I am definitely a customer for life now and will always trust AG to be my Chicago area go-to for flowers.
