Before the delivery date, we received a call from a very friendly woman with Andes, confirming the time of the memorial service as she noticed on our order that the time was the same as the delivery date and wanted to make sure. It was the same, but we appreciate she noticed it and followed up with a call to us. The flowers arrived on time. Lovely!

Beautiful butterfly add-on’s (small additional charge) made the flowers also feel like a gift. Last year (for my wife’s birthday) I ordered this exact arrangement in “Standard” form. It was beautiful and impressive. This year, I ordered the “Deluxe” version, and although my wife loved them, it fell short of my expectation. There is no real indication or picture examples on the website of what “Deluxe” entails or includes, but in my opinion, it certainly wasn’t worth the extra cost. I won’t be spending more for deluxe in the future without an example of what the 40% increase in cost gets me.

Andes called the hospital several times to find out what room she will be in, and finally called me to ask if possible to deliver tomorrow. I only mention that in case someone is looking for something that is lighter in color. The purple flowers were darker but they matched it up to brighter pink roses, which was beautiful. I was happy to pay the delivery fee but was confused why they website charges both a large delivery fee ($14 for local drop off-same city as shop) but also has a blank space for tip implying both are expected. In my opinion tip area should be left blank and eventually removed by ownership. Tip
Is something given for a service after a service is performed. Someone receiving flowers should not be expected to give a tip for a gift received- therefore tipping is not relevant for flower delivery. I believe ownership knows and understands this- thus the hefty delivery charge in order to properly pay your drivers- so please remove the extra tip box- it does not show well (appears to be greedy ownership) and is the only thing negative about my experience. Flowers and service were great and what we expected for the total amount we paid.

I'm not a normal flower consumer. I grew up going to the Downtown LA flower market because my mom was a florist who primarily decorated weddings, and she loved using orchids. Wonderful florist! I was able to order a lei for my niece's high school graduation with very short notice. The florist called me to ask if it's for a local school and would I like them to add ribbons in the school's colors? What thoughtful customer service! It was horrible, my husband scheduled his delivery for the afternoon. My delivery didn't get here until 7pm. The delivery guy arrived with just the flowers but my husband ordered 2 balloons with a box of chocolates. I asked him where was my other items my husband said you guys are missing a few things, mind you he came super late and my husband called like 20 times to see when they were going to deliver and the receptionist just kept coming up with new excuses every time. The delivery guy said he was going to check the van for the missing items only to come back and say "sorry I gave your items to the last recipient" at this point I was livid and I had to stay longer at work after business hours. He then said he was going to be right back with the items in 5 minutes, took him 30 minutes and on top of that he arrived with a small bouquet. Who does that???? I was very upset and they didn't apologize! I called back to get a refund for my chocolates and the 2 balloons. I called the first time she said she was going to reach out the refund department, I called a week later and she submitted the refund over the phone. Very bad customer service!

The flowers were healthy and beautiful! The person I gifted them to LOVED them. I very much appreciate the accurate delivery options and services. The only thing I found a little odd looking was that the stems were pretty short into the vase. Not a problem at all. I am located in Miami, FL with family in Redondo Beach, CA. Superb in every way! When the stunning bouquet arrived the vibrant color and sparkling crystals on the petals filled the room with light. No one walking by could resist them. Flowers arrived on time, but the bouquet was much smaller than expected and some of the roses were brown on the edges. For $130 (including tax and delivery) the bouquet was only about 14" high and made up of 8 roses, assorted Gerbera daisies, some hydrangea, and a few sprigs of assorted green. Nice, but underwhelming for the price.

The bouquet that was delivered to my Mother's office was BEAUTIFUL! I ordered the Bouquet online and chose the Premium version and was not disappointed, The bouquet was filled with Orchids, Tulips, and Hydrangeas -- all were fresh and perfect. She was SOO happy and was the envy of her office! If I ever need to order a bouquet again, it will be from Andes Florist!

Flowers delivered looked just like the picture online. The flowers were being delivered to my daughters college campus and had to be left with security office. Due to a 3rd party error, the specifications of my custom arrangement were not followed. I emailed Claudia, telling her how disappointed I was that celebratory flowers were sent for a sympathy occasion. After my correspondence with her, it was found that none of my comments/specifications went through on the online ordering website. She verified that an error had in fact been made, and retook my order with the correct arrangement delivered on the same day. The second delivery of flowers were beautiful. I appreciated her efforts in fixing the situation and the doing it in such a timely manner. Recommend calling with orders just to be sure rather than using the website.
