I'm sure the arrangement was fine when my mom got it for Mother's Day, but it would have been nice if it was actually delivered ON Mother's Day and not the day after. I'm not sure who dropped the ball - BloomNation or the florist - but the BloomNation site allowed me to order the arrangement for Mother's Day delivery when the florist was closed for the weekend and didn't receive the order until Monday. The florist called on Monday to tell me that they had just received the order (with a bit of an "oh well" attitude) and said they could either deliver it or cancel it. In the end, BloomNation refunded me 20% of the order, but it was a pretty lame situation all around. That's "how it was" - thanks for emailing me to ask for a review!
